Annual Client Lien Search

Many lenders periodically conduct a lien search on each of their clients for audit purposes, to ensure that they have an active filing, and to check for other liens. Search Network, Ltd. provides a service called the Annual Client Lien Search that greatly reduces the time and effort a lender spends on this process.

First we create a Secured Party Search on the lender’s name, which is a listing of all UCC’s the lender has filed with the Secretary of State. We then perform a UCC Lien Search for each debtor name on the listing. The requesting party will receive the master listing (Secured Party Search) and an individual report (UCC Lien Search) on each client.
