County Composite

County Composite

The County Composite is a listing of all the UCC’s filed at the Secretary of State, separated by the county of debtor residence.

The purpose of this report is three-fold:
  • It serves as a quick reference to see if any liens are filed against a prospect with whom you are contemplating doing business.
  • It aids as a tool to identify your secured position with a particular borrower.
  • It functions from a marketing perspective. Prospects can be identified as well as identification of their present lending organizations. (Note: The Kansas Open Records Act may apply.)
Each entry on this report contains the following information:
  • UCC file number (also all associated UCC history)
  • Date and time filed
  • Type of filing
  • Debtor name and address
  • Secured party name and address
A County Composite is available in two formats - an Adobe .pdf file and an Excel .xls spreadsheet.
