Bulletin (Online)

The Bulletin is a monthly report that summarizes the UCC activity during a specific month by listing all of the UCC’s filed with the Secretary of State, separated by the county of debtor residence. This service is available on our web site. You will be assigned a login name and password to access this service.

Lenders have relied on the Bulletin since 1965 as a cost-effective way to keep them informed on what is happening in their market area. Bulletins can be used to:

Monitor commercial loan activity in your market area.
View the activities of your customers and competitors.
Confirm the recording of your UCC’s which were sent to the Secretary of State.
Identify any filing errors that RA9 allows which adversely affect your filings (for example, an unrelated secured party filing a termination or amendment but accidentally tying it to your filing instead of their own).

Each Bulletin report contains the following information:

UCC file number (also all associated UCC history on Kansas reports only)
Date and time filed
Type of filing
Debtor name and address
Secured party name and address
Electronic Collateral data (on Kansas reports only, where applicable)

From our website, you are able to:

View and print the report.
Save the report to your computer.
Search for key words or numbers within the report.
View the previous month’s report, in addition to the report for the current month.
Allow multiple users to access the report at the same time.
Receive an email notification each month to alert you when your new report is available online. You can enter up to 30 email addresses for us to notify.
